It is reported that the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) reached a preliminary conclusion identifying welded stainless steel pressure pipes exported from Vietnam as being dumped into the U.S. market. The final result is scheduled to be released on May 17th of this year. Industry experts are warning that there would be no way for Vietnamese producers to export steel products to the U.S. in face of these additional charges.The DOC has also imposed duties on companies in Malaysia and Thailand producing steel pressure pipes.
